This website uses the software "Calendly" from Calendly, LLC, BB&T Tower, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA, for online appointment bookings.

Personal data (name, email, phone number if applicable) is processed according to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient appointment management). 6) Use of Social Media: Videos
YouTube Videos
This website uses YouTube’s embedding function for video display, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google").

The extended privacy mode ensures that user information is only stored when a video is played. YouTube may set cookies to collect statistics and improve user experience. If logged into Google, your data is directly associated with your account. If you do not want this, log out before clicking the video. Google processes data even for users not logged in. Data may also be transmitted to Google LLC servers in the USA.

Facebook Pixel (Advanced Data Matching with Cookie Consent Tool)
We use the Facebook Pixel (operated by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland) in enhanced data matching mode. When users click on a Facebook ad leading to our site, Facebook Pixel adds a parameter to the URL, which is stored via a cookie on our website. This allows Facebook to track conversions (e.g., purchases, registrations).

9) Duration of Storage of Personal Data

Contract-related data (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR) is stored for at least seven years per tax and commercial law.

Unless otherwise specified, personal data will be deleted when no longer necessary for the collected purpose.
